A choc truffles method makes 30 to 45 (or 12 to 20)
Use plain or dark chocolate 44 to 62 percent cocoa solids 225g or 8 ounce
singlecream or creme fraiche 175ml or 6 fluid ounce
(or use 100g or 3,5 ounce of chocolate and 75 to 80ml or 2,5 to 2,75 fluid ounce of cream)
cocoa powder or icing sugar or chopped almonds for dusting truffles a small amount
optional crumb off a spongeroll or light fruitcake or lemoncake a small amount.
Chop or breakup the chocolate and place into a heatproof large bowl. Put cream into a saucepan and heat it on a cooker hob until hot then pour cream over chocolate and stir then whisk them until smooth.
When use of crumb cut a slice then cut or break off from it amount and crumble then
sprinkle it on and whisk in to choc.
Leave choc mix to cool for 30 minute or more at room temperature.
Put on 1 or 2 tray or metal baking sheet baking paper, plasticfilm or open out a bread wrapper.
Take scoops of choc mix using a teaspoon or dessert spoon and roll into balls, roll them through amount for dusting and place on covered tray or baking sheet.
Place tray or sheet in a refrigerator.
After truffles are set take some off tray or sheet and when at room temperature serve them on a plate or serving dish for eating.
Put truffles for eating within 3 day into a container then cover and place it in a refrigerator.
Another time try store ownlabel crispyrice cereal crushed small amount use for crumb or dusting truffles.
